This is an excellent item to promote repeat business. It keeps your name and phone number in constant view of your customer. Reminders available in convenient rolls. These rolls work in almost all standard 5-in-1 reminder label printing systems. Label removes and replaces easily at each service interval. We can match any design with 1 to 5 colors. Choose your size and your adhesive backer! Comes in Rolls of 500.

Label Sizes: 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" (Regular) or 2-5/8" x 1-3/4" (Large)

Backer Options: Static Cling or Light Adhesive

Imprinting: Prints 1-5 Spot Colors on White or Clear Material (On Clear Background the White Write-In Strip counts as 1 Color).

Standard Ink Colors: Red, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Black, Yellow, Green, Orange, Gold, and White.

Returns/Refund Policy

Returns of unopened/undamaged stock products are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for Drop-Ship Products – This fee is waived for any Inventory or “Local Pickup” Products (Products we stock at our warehouse in Bow, NH). Freight charges are non-refundable for returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is resulting from an error on our part. If a return is required because we shipped an incorrect item by mistake, we will cover the shipping charges for the return and will handle reordering the correct item for you.

Returns are not accepted for any custom products or final sale (clearance) products.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Credit will be applied to your account in our Accounting Department within 72 hours of receipt of your return package.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is restricted to the contiguous 48 states in the US (so all but Hawaii and Alaska), and International shipping is not available at this time. Shipper of choice is UPS, but Fedex may also be used if a product is shipped out from one of our suppliers (“Drop-Ship”). Shipping is typically 2-3 Day Ground, but faster options are available for most products. If at checkout you do not get a faster option offered and are in need of one, please contact us for assistance.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and are just an Estimate. Shipping charges will be calculated and listed on the final billing invoice; or if paid by credit card, the freight charge will be included in the total credit card authorization debit.

Local Pickup Policy

Local Pickup option is not subject to any freight/delivery charges, but is limited to Inventory Products only. If Local Pickup is selected at Checkout, we will contact you for your desired pickup date. Local Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and is subject to any office closures due to weather or holiday.
