Our polyethylene plate inserts are the perfect way to put your brand on every vehicle. Durable, lightweight, and weather-resistant, they are tough enough to withstand our New England winters. We can match any pre-existing design you have, or we can help you design something new!

Pricing will be per piece and includes UV Clearcoat at no extra charge. Pricing will vary depending on the Weight of the material and the Imprinting Process (Screen vs Digital), as well as the Quantity ordered. Screen Imprint base price includes 1 Standard Color; Additional Standard Colors are an extra charge per color added to the base price. Digital Imprint is one price per plate, depending on Quantity ordered.
Proofing Charges may apply after 1st Proof; 1st Proof is always Free. No Set-Up Charge for Digital Imprint; Set-Up Charge will apply per Color on Screen/Spot Imprint for New Artwork Only. No Charge for PMS Matching or Ink Mixing on Screen/Spot Imprint.
Turnaround time is approximately 10-15 business days after Proof Approval (subject to change per the Vendor).
Minimum Quantity 500 per Order. Quantity Price Breaks at 1000, 2500, 5000, and 10,000.
Returns/Refund Policy
Returns of unopened/undamaged stock products are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for Drop-Ship Products – This fee is waived for any Inventory or “Local Pickup” Products (Products we stock at our warehouse in Bow, NH). Freight charges are non-refundable for returns.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is resulting from an error on our part. If a return is required because we shipped an incorrect item by mistake, we will cover the shipping charges for the return and will handle reordering the correct item for you.
Returns are not accepted for any custom products or final sale (clearance) products.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at 603-224-2369 or hello@lotdrop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Credit will be applied to your account in our Accounting Department within 72 hours of receipt of your return package.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is restricted to the contiguous 48 states in the US (so all but Hawaii and Alaska), and International shipping is not available at this time. Shipper of choice is UPS, but Fedex may also be used if a product is shipped out from one of our suppliers (“Drop-Ship”). Shipping is typically 2-3 Day Ground, but faster options are available for most products. If at checkout you do not get a faster option offered and are in need of one, please contact us for assistance.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and are just an Estimate. Shipping charges will be calculated and listed on the final billing invoice; or if paid by credit card, the freight charge will be included in the total credit card authorization debit.
Local Pickup Policy
Local Pickup option is not subject to any freight/delivery charges, but is limited to Inventory Products only. If Local Pickup is selected at Checkout, we will contact you for your desired pickup date. Local Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and is subject to any office closures due to weather or holiday.
Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
